Hello! I’m Steve Camacho, a proud Texan with deep roots in San Antonio and a strong connection to the Central Texas community since relocating to New Braunfels in 2018. I’m a devoted husband of 22 years and father to three incredible sons, ages 22, 19, and 12. Family values shape everything I do — from how I lead at work to how I serve my community.
Health, discipline, and continuous improvement have always been guiding principles in my life. I’m passionate about weightlifting, committed to a pescatarian lifestyle, and believe that balance and structure build both strong bodies and strong businesses. When I’m not in the gym, you’ll often find me gardening, traveling, or cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs during college football season.
Professionally, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management Sciences from The University of Texas at San Antonio and bring over 25 years of leadership experience in transportation and logistics. Currently, I serve as an Operations Manager at Amazon, where I’ve spent the past six years leading large-scale teams, optimizing performance, and driving operational excellence. My expertise spans workflow optimization, cost management, and team development, with a consistent focus on building systems that scale efficiently.
Now, I’m excited to take the next step — owning and operating my own business. After decades in corporate operations, I’m ready to leverage my experience, leadership, and work ethic into something I can truly build from the ground up.
